Laketown Wharf is the premier family destination in Panama City Beach. With 5 pools, a putting green, a fitness center, and a short walk across the street to the beach, this community has everything! The condo is within walking distance from Ripley's Believe it or Not, WonderWorks amusement park, Coconut Creek family fun park, and Signal Hill golf course, and a short drive to Cobra Adventure Park and Zoo World, and Shipwreck Island Waterpark. Pier Park is 6 miles away as well for great shopping and additional fun activities.

This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo with a bunk room sleeps 10 comfortably. This unit is right next to the family pool and elevators to the parking garage. The master bedroom has a king bed and patio access. The second master has a king bed. The third bedroom has a king bed. A bunk room has twin bunk beds built into the wall near the hall bathroom with a barn door for privacy. A sleeper sofa is also available to sleep two additional guests.

Parking and wristbands are $118.43/reservation payable at the front desk at check-in. This covers your parking for up to two vehicles and wristbands to access all condo amenities for the duration of your entire stay

A fully stocked kitchen has all your cooking needs with pots and pans, dishes, flatware, and glasses. Some spices may also be available for use by guests.

No pets or smoking allowed. Guests must be 25 years or older to book and provide proof of identity upon booking and at check-in.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
